There are numerous ways of staying/indulging in physical activity/exercise. It is important to understand that almost anything can be classified as physical exercises such as taking a short or long walk, expressing yourself through dancing, doing chores, competing or practising sports, bodyweight exercises, weight training and countless more.

 

It is extremely important to understand that there are individuals out there who can't acquire a gym to workout, it is also remarkably important to recognize different situations for different individuals. This is why in this website, I have included a free to use/alter workout for anyone, the workout comes with a training set of just weight training exercises and another set of a workout is all bodyweight exercises.
